In consultation with General Manager, you follow up maintenance contracts, investments are discussed.

Preventively you follow a maintenance plan. By carrying this out, you ensure that our guests always arrive at a finished hotel.

You manage to continue a smooth cooperation with external partners. You will come into contact with subcontractors and possibly manage projects with them.
