Requirements
Previous experience in reception or customer-facing roles
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluency in Portuguese and English (required)
Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills

Role Description
The Waiter/Bartender will be responsible for delivering a warm, efficient, and memorable guest experience, ensuring service excellence aligned with JAM Porto’s concept.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
Present menus, recommend items, and answer questions
Prepare and serve drinks and food
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service
Follow hygiene and food safety standards
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality/bar (preferred)
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus)
Team player with a proactive attitude
